When you are tasked with designing and producing a 120 page conference programme you need… a programme!
We were recently commissioned by the Stroke Association to design and produce the programme for their UK Stroke Forum taking place over 2 days in Glasgow.
With a total of 5 weeks from receipt of copy to delivery it was therefore imperative that we all worked within a tight schedule. This became even more important when having quoted initially for an 80 page book it soon became apparent that it was going to be some 40 pages more.
When dealing with a design of such magnitude and one which is mainly copy based it is vital that enough time is allocated to both producing the design on time and to read it thoroughly at each proofing stage. You can’t have a conference without a programme of events and thanks to a well thought and well executed plan the job was delivered on time and within budget.
